UNDEFEATEABLE WORDS OF SPIRIT ON THE VAIN

WALLS OF WORLD HISTORY

Men, how specious, uneffective, grotesque, futile, delusory, ridiculous and insolent are thy void faiths; they fancy cosmologies, thy crude unrealized political doctrines and hopes, thy volatile ideals, and thy pompous tinseled temples when they prove utterly incapable of preventing crime and vice, or of avoiding vicious hatred and ruthless wars. Is there anything more idiotic and barbarian, indeed, than the fact that Religions and Faiths of different denominations are not even on speaking terms, and actually hate and excommunicate one another like irreconcilable and ruthless enemies, while Fraternities and Philosophies of different aspects and methods, although with identical principles and aims, refuse to treat each other as friends? -  Or are these people supinely ignorant of the fact that there is only ONE God, ONE Truth, and ONE Humanity?  - Or are they simple masqueraders who take advantage of human credulity, and insolent tyrants who simply must prove their own superiority at the expense of other’s frailties and inconscience?  By all means, let us correct all this sad predicament.

Of what good are the empires built through murder and plunder, all thy complex and antagonistic churches and fraternities and philosophies if thy materialistic civilization glitters more where lust for power, greed, strife, vice and vanity prevail almightily?

Of what good are thy elaborate doctrines and stringent propagandas, all thy unreasonable dogmas and blatant rhetoric if, despite thy stale pride and specious traditions, world problems remain and thy idiotic arrogance alone stands out triumphant while people still remain ignorant, go hungry and suffer untold anguish in poverty, injustice and monstrous oppression?

Why take the name of God in vain, if thy faith and thy aims are unintelligent, unholy and inhuman?  Why build a prestige, a fortune or a fief if none of this can ever survive without shameful treason, ruthless violence and abominable compromises?

Why, O Men of the moment live in fancy and to satisfy passing whims and supercilious desires, if nothing in reality amounts to anything worth admiring and glorifying?  Of what good are all Messiahs who only offer doctrines and words while they remain impotent like irresponsible parasites? Why all these schemes of luscious material grandeur and glamorous pomp if their only power is over human delusions and if they must depend on the merit of devilish weapons and on the luck of felons in order to survive? Why, O Men of fancy dream, do ye not preferably eradicate ignorance, vice, misery, sickness and unhappiness within as well as around thy proud selves, so as to really deserve the right to enjoy the Divine Presence and the dignity of people who authentically live fraternally and philosophically?

Or must ye ever and ever entertain dreams of grandeur and suffer the consequences of thy stupidity and vain follies?

Absolutely in keeping with these vital Spiritual values upon which rest the dignity of man and the world’s future, we cannot but remind the whole world that the greatest asset of man is not his billions of Dollars and Pounds spent for defense purposes, his superlative gun, his armies or his conquests of land, but, rather, his capacity to be moral, his ethical countenance, his thinking power, his purity of heart and above all his will to enjoy peace of mind and self-respect under all circumstances. For this reason, we would like to see our World Goodwill and Friendship Crusade, our Universal Crusade for Spiritual Communion among all people and our World Prayer-Meditation and Healing Action prosper each day more, regardless of their faith, race and nationality, so that our species may become really worthy of true Religion. Besides, the Christmas tide should for a change be prolonged throughout the year. Why feel so enthusiastically Christian only at Christmas time?  Why not prove to the whole world that the Lord Christ is not a monopoly of any Church, and that what the Lord Christ stands for is Divine, and as such eternal and universal, to be found in all the known Religions and Faiths of the whole world?

*Would it not be wonderful if we could all celebrate the *birthday of all the founders of great Religions by *eradicating whole problems, by creating universal peace *and goodwill, by establishing lasting links and bonds and *bridges between all people so that all prejudice born of *ignorance and all ruthlessness provoked by selfishness *may be definitely banished from this world?  We do need *to make it a Divine Kingdom as all the great sages of *yesteryears have purported.
