A TODOS A QUIENES PUEDA CONCERNIR

---------------------  Considerando que el Gran Santuario Espiritual y Cultural establecido en la Habana, Cuba, desde 1925, bajo los auspicios de la ALIANZA RELIGIOSA UNIVERSAL conjuntamente con la UNIVERSIDAD MUNDIAL DE RELIGIÓN Y CIENCIA ESPIRITUAL y el MUSEO MUNDIAL DE LA HISTORIA VIVIENTE DE LA HUMANIDAD ya no existen en Cuba, su existencia y sus actividades habiendo sido desterradas por el Gobierno comunista de este país, y en vista del hecho de que, después de una prolongada intervención de diferentes gobiernos, la Comisión de los Derechos Humanos y el Consejo Económico y Social de las NACIONES UNIDAS, así como de los esfuerzos también de numerosas organizaciones religiosas, humanistas, culturales, espiritualistas y filosóficas del mundo entero, -- los principales oficiales de la ALIANZA RELIGIOSA UNIVERSAL fueron finalmente liberados de cautividad, y les permitieron viajar afuera, junto con los archivos de esta institución y el Museo, fue decidido transferir el ante mencionado Gran Santuario Espiritual en un país en el cual prevalezca un clima más humanitario, y donde la cultura y los valores espirituales sean debidamente apreciados así como respetados.

---------------------  Los Oficiales de la ALIANZA RELIGIOSA UNIVERSAL, arriba mencionados, que fueron sometidos a persecución  y siniestro martirio durante dos largos años en la Cuba comunista, a saber: Dr. Prof. Paal Omar Lind, Blanche Ledran, Marie Peurozet y Michelin Heraud, están autorizados, por la presente, a buscar un lugar adecuado en un país en el cual las actividades educativas y de investigaciones sapientes de la ALIANZA RELIGIOSA UNIVERSAL puedan continuar sin obstáculos y desarrollarse debidamente.
