Our organization has the mission to constitute a World-wide Association, Union, Syndicate or Legion of earnest souls, war-weary people, conscientious objectors, lovers of peace, victims of ignominious religious prejudice and ruthless racial discrimination, sans patrie, war refugees, individualists who abhor the excessive yet increasing conscriptory taxation way of life, people who cannot longer breathe oppression, needy emigrants and political exiles who are eager to find shelter, assistance and protection somewhere in this wide world.

The great unrest and general chaos that now pervades the world is due to crude injustice, subjection to ignorance and misery by organized mystic and political schemers, and systematic exploitation of man by man. Wars are the outcome of devilish passions and roguish interests. Supranationalism breeds tremendous injustices. Religious dogmatism and persecution provoke the worse lies, exactions and crimes of history. Economic gangsterism invites or imposes untold misery and gruesome poverty. Dark forces create chaos and seek to rule the world with crafty cynicism and utter insolence.

The absolutism of "parties in power", the inhumanity of "economic authority", the slyness of "diplomatic representations", the roguishness of political gangs, the harsh and inhuman methods of "secret police", and the power of these groups to "frame" people and destroy good reputations, are just so many sections of a mechanism which abuses unwritten Divine Laws and tramples on written human rights.

Even "concentration camps" and penitentiary regimes are insults to the majesty of human intelligence and democratic ideals, which prove that civilized society has as yet failed in its better designs and most vaunted religious precepts. Can this last much longer? Quosque tandem?

The Spirit and Presence of Christ, Budha, Lao Tseu, Mohammed, Guru Nanak, Zoroaster, Hermes, the Manu and the Inca does not prevail in any Government or International Assemblies. Why this orphanage? Or is it due to claudication and demotion, to the benefit of Mammon and selfishness? Why court sorrow and ruin, paying (to non avail) the high price of ignominy and criminal mindedness?

Foremost in our mind is to afford shelter, assistance and protection to all such people, of which there are so many within the borders of all Nations. Our experience must be put to profit. We must be capable not only of rushing to the rescue of those who suffer our same plight, but also it is imperative that we find the adequate means for integral rehabilitation and respectable living for all of us. Mutual respect, help, uplift, and protection are our GOLDEN RULE.

It is also imperative to educate and rehabilitate people. There is plenty of moral reinforcement and spiritual reshaping to be done, as well as social readaptation. Despair is no solution, so we must avoid it. Neither is violence a remedy, and we must prevent it.

Our task consists in merging good will, wholesome aspirations and the personal strength of all those who have suffering in common an odd destiny. Such an "International Legion" of the scarred bodies, bettered souls and liberated spirits from all shores, and vicious tyrannical enclosures constitutes the greater part of mankind today, even though our registries bear witness only to several hundred thousands. Yet, the day when all these people will have united and created to common denominator of humanitarian interests and spiritual values, there will be no power on earth capable of postponing or denying its natural rights. Their number is even growing everywhere, in all latitudes, because nations are not paying attention to learn the lessons of history, and they refuse to understand that life needs natural freedom and that people shall always seek well being, respect, peace, brotherhood and happiness even if they must die in the course of their pursuit.

The whole world should realize that all people have the right to live. But to live without ignominious poverty, sinister mystical and political-dictatorial subjection, exploitation. Why the devilish cynicism of vaunting democracy, brotherhood, Divine Commands and Spiritual qualifications when people actually indulge in ruthless expoliation, hellish hate and tartufian sanctity?

Indeed, it is futile to talk of peace, social order, heavenly love and charity when the whole world is ablaze with selfishness and monstrous totalitarian religious and political dictatorships.

The common miserable plight, ostracism and disillusionment make all of us "World Citizens." Truly enough there are exceptions in all latitudes, but we only speak whereof we know by experience. Needless to say, we are neither revolutionaries, seditious, nor hate-breeders. All we seek is a LEGAL STATUS on the basis of real moral equality, economic security, social equity and spiritual freedom. We want to live wholesome realities, rather than on unfulfilled promises and delusive hope.

Our only way out of this world chaos and infamy is to create our own way of life, and seek refuge in a Land of Peace and Brotherhood of our own. Or perhaps we can create our own Worldwide invisible sovereign State of the Brotherhood and Commonwealth of Man within all the Nations.

It is to our own advantage that we should develop an economic security and social credit system, so as not to be forever condemned to be the "under-dog", victims of vilificatory maltreatments, which have been our lot thus far. Perhaps the great solution should be to establish world Colonies for our exclusive use, or better still "Settlements with sovereign Free State status." Our will-to-be should express the practical dimensions of our better aspirations.

We are consulting YOU about the destiny of our choice. "No place to hide", "Underground despair", "Refuge from democracy", "The Empire of false leaders", "The tragedy of the modern man", "The forgotten people", "The monstrosity of misleading doctrines", "Hell on Earth" should not longer be adequate designations and epithets for the victims of organized and legalized murder, gangsterism and inequity. We are orphans and we do not like that.

By pooling hopes and assets we shall surely reach our goal. Mutual co-operation is the keystone of our future. Yes, our future depends primarily on the orderly and peaceful organization which we may set-up. When we achieve this much, all Nations will help and respect us.
