General INVITATION for participation in the 24th Grand Session of the
Permanent “World Parliament of Religions”
Which is scheduled to be held next 25th of December in
(Permanent Agenda. Working Themes and proposals to be considered forever)

¡IT IS LATER THAN WE SEEM TO REALIZE!
Leading Churchmen and Spiritual Instructors of all Churches and faith are humbly requested to participate in the activities of our forthcoming Grand Session, and we appeal likewise to all denominational groups, Fraternities, benevolent Societies, learned Associations and Humanitarian movements to assist us in this great undertaking.
This year no Agenda is presented, the only purpose in view being
WHY NOT GET TOGETHER IN THE SIPIRIT OF GOD,
AND ACHIEVE REAL BROTHERHOOD OF MAN?
Proceedings will be deal exclusively on this significant motive and yearning of all sages and earnest Citizens of the whole world.
A Special Meeting will be dedicated to the revision and approbation of the General Report of the 23rd General Session, and also to deal on the Proposals which reached us too late for due attention.

Proposals which reached us too late for due consideration during the 23rd General Session are hereby submitted for discussion and approbation:
- 1. Organization of a World Museum of Religion, reconstructing objectively the history of the development of Human cults, superstition, mystical cosmology, theology, and modern forms of Churches in all latitudes.
- 2. Adoption of the World Guild of Healers (Therapeutics of the Soul)
- 3. Joint action of different Churches in building and sustaining
- 4. Adoption of the
- 5. Invite all Nations to a Special Universal Religious Congress in the event of world war, or in each case of international war, so that affected parties may guarantee peace, friendship, and mutual respect and assistance under an Ecumenic Pact which would be drafted by themselves.

Our previous experience is a significant monument to the spirit of those who are religious enough to admit Divine Presence and worship in all Churches, and to love the goodness that springs from all pure hearts and sincere souls – no matter to what faith, race or nationality they may claim to belong.
Ours is a functional organization. We are not propagators of faith, proselytes, or counselors of theology, and the Churches, Religious Ministers and Spiritual Instructors associated in this “Religious Reinforcement and Spiritual Renaissance crusade” are interested primarily in making Religion a magnificent and permanent reality.
The world is now wading head – deep in ideological confusion, unseemly scheming and exalted, unruly passions. Humanity is not only divided into selfish and antagonistic group, sects, parties, or nations, but cast in unprecedented abysses of political confusion, fear or war and violence, suspicion, paranoiac obsession, religious fanaticism, effete morals, disrespect to human rights, economical–social chaos, and spiritual void. People suffer anguish and are war weary. How long is this to continue, or how worse conditions must be are the ideals of Human Brotherhood, Divine commandments, Ideal Friendship, and Spiritual Communion may become realities?
Indeed, it is not only unChrist – like but inhuman antidemocratic and antiespiritual that human beings should still be unrespected and maltreated. That is why we have undertaken to rescue, shelter, assist and protect Conscientious Objectors, Sans patrie, war refugees, oppressed minorities and political exiles, as well as the victims of racial discrimination, religious intolerance and persecution, and all forms of cruelty. Civilization has become a synonym for fear, despair, suspicion, and anguish, persecution and moral torture. Some sort of respite and rest, a Divine Sanctuary must be established forthwith so that all these people may restaure themselves morally psychically and spiritually. To that effect, we have requested some countries to make us Concessions of islands and lands, where the status of Extraterritoriality would be enjoyed, where, in fact, all people would be Brothers in spite of racial, religious and national or creed differences.

Registered adherent Members of the UNIVERSAL RELIGIOUS ALLIANCE only may send appoint Delegates to the permanent WORLD PARALIAMENT OR RELIGIONS.
