Unable to obtain satisfaction from Cuba the WORLD CONGRESS OF MAN vehemently protests internationally because of unjustifiable coercive retention tantamount unlawful abduction by Cuba of its main officers files and consulting archives which are patrimony of all Mankind thereby depriving us right to hold scheduled grand assemblies in Germany, Switzerland, Brazil and Japan last year. Stop. We respectfully request that four connoted Spiritual Missionaries, Religious Ministers, Humanists, Scholars, Journalists be respected in their Persons and Lives. Stop. Cuba failed in granting authorization to leave country since almost four months without motives their funds retained, lacking food, medicines. Stop. Dozens chief International Religious Spiritualist Philosophical Organizations constituting Universal Alliance perceiving the fearful tragic predicament of conspicuous non-politics leaders Internationally admired therefore request immediate human treatment through legal International protection for LIND, PEUROZET, LEDRAN, HERAUD guaranties for immediate exit facilities with their personal intellectual Spiritual belongings under their Religious guardianship. Stop. Freedom of Worship, Thought, Expression, Travel, Respectable Life must need be guaranteed all people for peaceful coexistence or applied Divine Law in True Democracy.

Reiterated prolonged injustice is a monstrous crime which mankind indignantly abhors and condemns. Stop. In behalf of Humanity we humbly suggest that Cuba ceases present religious persecution and antagonism against Spiritualism. Hostilizing our Spiritual Missionaries means violation of Human Rights, preventing us holding World Parliament of all Religions in Switzerland, and Peace Convention in Holland last December by means of oppressive measures. Stop. Cuban leaders claim Communism the only world saviors, Communism the supreme good of Life, and failure or refusal to defend Communism equals conspiracy and assistance of American Imperialism. Stop. Our Holy Ecumenic Grand Patriarch LIND dared to defend the supremacy of age-old Divine Law, of Principles of Love, Righteousness, Wisdom, of Universal Religion, Spiritual Values, the Golden Rule, of Compassion and Peaceful Coexistence through mutual Respect, of Freedom with Dignity and Justice with Morality. Stop. We have no complaint against Cuba which has right to sovereignty and self-determination within respectability, but we request Humanitarian Treatment for Human Beings as basis for World Survival, for Peace and Progress. Stop. Upholding basic Human Rights and Freedoms the UNIVERSAL ALLIANCE OF RELIGIOUS, FRATERNAL, SPIRITUALIST, PHILOSOPHICAL Organizations protest against confinement, unlawfully against their will, of our main officers of our Worldwide Religious Philosophical Organism: LIND, LEDRAN, PEUROZET and HERAUD, Calle 21, Número 19 (I), Vedado Havana Cuba, demanding their freedom from a forced residence under inhuman conditions: travel permits withheld many months, their funds semi-confiscated, severely ill. Stop. We are not Politicians, but legal respectable representatives of the Religious, Spiritualist, Humanist and Cultural Sector, as Mankind is yearning for TRUE WORLD BROTHERHOOD, for Peace and Order. Stop. The relatives, friends and collaborator of the Illustrious Sage LIND and his secretaries, justly apprehensive regarding their plight, respectfully request that they be respected, released and authorized to leave Cuba with their private intellectual belongings. Stop. International joint collaboration on legal basis contrived if necessary. Stop. May this consulting organization make Humanitarian Feeling, Elemental Notions, Justice, International Law and Divine Teachings TRIUMPH thereupon.
