The UNIVERSAL ALLIANCE is structured so as to function for a better way of life in modern times. It is nobly conceived and rooted in the distant past but with a clear vision of the future, and wholly dedicated to the dignification of
It is counseled and guided by a World Supreme Council of Grand Patrons and Trustees (and Universal Mediation and Arbitration Board) which is integrated by the Heads, Presidents or Rulers of the Active adherent organizations. Furthermore, all the Associate Members or Universal Partners have duly appointed Embassies which continually collaborate with the World Board of Government, through their own World Council of Supervisors and Overseers.
It is also constantly assisted by a World Supreme Council of Sages and Spiritual Instructors, recommended by the adherent Member-organizations which are all legally established, bonafide and respectable, selected by the legally elected World Board of Government. Adherent organizations are represented by Official Delegates (Individual Members and families constitute a separate and completely independent organism with its own management which joins the UNIVERSAL ALLIANCE and complements it at the level of the World Congress activities)
All the Officers are elected in Grand Assemblies of the World Congress, and all the Policies, Rules, Bylaws, Pronouncements and Decisions are reached by Majority of Votes.

Our basic aims consist in fostering the UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD - CO-OPERATIVE - COMMONWEALTH OF MANKIND with the spontaneous collaboration of all the religious, fraternal, artistic, scientific, philosophical, spiritualist, idealist, naturist, healing, educational and Spiritual organizations of Goodwill, which are willing to apply the GOLDEN RULE in daily-life. -- Mutual Respect, Understanding, Assistance, Service, Protection and Defense constitute our mainstays.
THE UNIVERSAL CULTURAL, HUMANIST, RELIGIOUS AND SPIRITUAL ALLIANCE FOR MODERN TIMES, Inc., selects its Active Associate Members, or Universal Partners, in the sense that it excludes all organizations and persons bent on moral irresponsibility or blemished by religious intolerance, conceptual absolutism, illegal activities, felony, violence, foul play, unreasonableness, villainy, or crime.
All Members are expected to COLLABORATE in one way or another, and the more they do so the greater it will be to their own advantage. Officers are not salaried, but when on duty outdoors their expenses are paid.
We do not take exception to peoples´ race, faith, tradition, nationality or economic status. We prefer to look at their heart, their mind and their spirit. Still, ALL THAT IS HUMAN CONCERNS US, and our main aim is to SERVE and help people in their quest for excellence, dignity, realization and happiness. The TASK and the OBLIGATION as well as the resulting BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES belong equally to all Associate-Members. This is what deserves to be known as Prof. Albert Einstein unmincedly defined it:
